A Mandate

No, a Mandate. Not a ManDate. With the increased price of Gaskranken, I've been starting to wander whether some Scenic Detours might be moving toward not just scenic, but economic sense. That is, if a minor route is significantly shorter, but with a poorer quality of road, then it might just make sense to take that route over the main road.

I tested this theory out over the easter break, so there will be a full-ish report soon, considering whether there might be more scenic ways to save fuel.
