Surely for Dioxin poisoning to be priceless, it would have to be the last line. Dioxin poisoning also seems neither coincidental or mysterious. That one of the few clouds I've seen on google maps is over IWD might be coincidental or something more mysterious. Doubtless, however, owners of battery chicken farms, research animal breeding facilities, and the odd government agency might wish for a cloud to conceal their premises.
