Lucky. I only saw clouds. It had been clear 5 minutes before kickoff, then darkness.
I was pretty stoked with what I saw really (which was basically just in the ad-breaks of Outrageous Fortune!)
We have a moon like that tonight over Jersey
GORGEOUS! much better than our non-tripod shakey shots. think Dunners was pretty much the best location in NZ to see it at its peak.
I think that was 8 seconds, ASA 400, F/4.8, and the extra tele lens on the front. Definitely a tripod call!! Most of the time I'm annoyed with the size and widgetiness of my camera, but it did well last night...
